Ceyhun is a leading attorney-at-law and Managing Associate in Linklaters’ Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) and Intellectual Property (IP) practice group in Madrid. He is a lawyer admitted to practice in Spain as well as The Netherlands (EU registered). Ceyhun is also the co-chair of the KnowledgeNet Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in Spain.
He has extensive experience advising multinational corporations on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity issues. He has worked on complex data related projects across the globe, including major cyber security incidents, personal data breaches, crisis management, and investigations by data protection authorities.
Ceyhun is a frequent public speaker and has been widely published in legal journals.

Information for Authors
The Editors welcome for review manuscripts that address topics on all aspects of privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity topics across the globe.
The contributions may include (i) analytical and thought-provoking articles, (ii) case notes, including decisions by the data protection authorities as well as the national, European, and international courts, (iii) national or regional reports highlighting key legal, regulatory, and administrative challenges and developments, and (iv) reviews of the latest literature.
We encourage authors to bear in mind the broad and global nature of our readership, as well as our goal to publish lasting contributions on the key questions facing our discipline.
We would also like to highlight the value of combining high standards of academic rigour in terms of research and critical analysis, with approaches that might enrich the perspectives also of our considerable readership working on policy and in practice at the national, European and international levels.
