Shipping and Handling

As of 10 July 2006, Kluwer Law International will charge shipping and handling fees to their customers for all prepaid and credit card orders for books and looseleafs.

Historically, we have not charged customers for shipping and handling of prepaid and credit card orders, Books and looseleafs; however, due to expanding inflation and sharply rising oil prices, which has resulted in higher prices for paper, printing and transportation, we can no longer absorb these costs and must pass it on to the consumer.

Please note that this policy change supersedes and renders inapplicable all previous terms and conditions that may have been applied.

Regular Shipping
For orders shipping within the US, shipping and handling charges will be based on 9.2% of the value of the order with a maximum set at USD 26.00. For orders shipping to Europe, Asia, Africa and Rest of the World, shipping and handling charges will be based on 12% of the value of the order with a maximum set at EUR 35.00/ USD 35.00 / GBP 35.00. 

On expedited orders actual expedited shipping costs PLUS a surcharge of EUR 25.00 / USD 25.00  / GBP 25.00
