Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Book Cancellation Policy
Books returned within 30 days along with the invoice marked “cancel” will receive full credit. (Valid on order quantities less than 50 copies). No credit will be issued for books held more than 30 days.
CD-ROM Subscription Cancellation
All new CD-ROM subscriptions may be returned within the first thirty days for full credit. After the thirty-day review period, Kluwer Law International’s cancellation policy will apply. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies. That policy is as follows:
If your cancellation request is received by Kluwer Law International prior to the tenth of the month, that cancellation will be effective the first of that month. If your cancellation request is received after the tenth of the month that cancellation will be effective the first of the following month.

Internet Subscription Cancellation
All new Internet subscriptions may be cancelled within the first thirty days for complete credit. After the thirty-day review period the Kluwer Law International cancellation policy will apply. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies. That policy is as follows:

Any modifications shall be effective when issued and shall apply to any orders, licenses, and subscriptions commenced following the publications of any such modifications.
